Delivery Policy

After placing an order with Gemini Atelier, once the payment is completed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the order number.

We dispatch your order within 2-4 business days.

The order total amount is first reserved on your chosen payment method until we have shipped your order. The payment is only redeemed once you received the tracking information for your order and it has been dispatched.

Parcel shop delivery: 49 DKK for orders with a weight between 0 to 2kg - 59 DKK for heavy/bulky items with a weight between 2 to 10kg
Private delivery: 69 DKK
Free shipping on all orders above 699 DKK - Parcel will be delivered to a parcel shop if available. Only applies to orders weighing 0 to 2kg.
Returns: At the customer own expense.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

When shipping to a business/company address, please ensure there is a reception desk or a physical person to receive the package.
If the parcel content gets damaged during transit you must report this to us immediately.


RETURNS

Through our return portal, you can easily book your return. Please note that returns are at the expense of the customer.


DELAYS & OTHER ISSUES


If the order cannot be completed or only partially due to the goods not being in stock, you will receive an email update and you will be refunded for the difference. Should there be any delay with the delivery company, we cannot be held accountable but we will gladly look at it for you if you send us an email.

Gemini Atelier is not responsible for the cost of shipping back uncollected packages. The customer will be charged for the new shipping label and, if the customer wishes to be refunded, 49kr will be deducted from the refund, which is the price we are being charged for uncollected packages re-delivery.


CUSTOMS

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers).
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.


WARRANTY


You have a right to a 2-years warranty covering manufacturing faults. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us within a reasonable time after your order once you have found the defect. If the item is indeed faulty, Gemini Atelier will offer to replace the item or give you a full refund, including for return fees, as soon as possible. Please note that we can only replace a faulty item if the same product is available. Please contact us if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos to support the claim and a detailed description of your claim.
