We hope you are happy with your purchase from Gemini Atelier. However, we understand that you may change your mind.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without stating a reason.
You may return your order fully or partially within this period.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, meaning:

Unused and unworn

With all original tags attached

In original packaging

Toys and design objects must be returned in their original sealed packaging
We recommend returning items in their original packaging to avoid any reduction in value. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction in refund if the return conditions are not met.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

Skincare or cosmetic products

Underwear
-
Items marked as final sale
If we introduce custom-made or personalized products in the future, these will be clearly marked as non-returnable where legally permitted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a refund corresponding to the returned items.
What is refunded:

The price of the returned goods

Standard outbound shipping costs if you paid for shipping
Shipping deduction:
If your original order qualified for free shipping, and the remaining items (after return) fall below the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee of 49 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Refund Timing

Returns are processed within 14 working days of receipt

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement (depending on your payment provider)
Return Shipping
All returns are made at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Return an Item
Please follow the steps below:

Send us an email with:

The item(s) you wish to return
2. Pack & Book Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely

Book your return via our return portal

Return shipping is paid by the customer

You will be able to print a return label after payment in the portal
3. Send the Parcel

Send the return using a trackable shipping service

Keep your postage receipt as proof of shipment
Once your return has been received and approved, you will be notified by email and refunded accordingly.
Customs (Non-EU Returns)
If your country is subject to customs:

Please ensure all customs fees are prepaid

We do not cover customs duties or fees for return shipments

Any return parcel requiring payment upon arrival will be refused and sent back to the sender
Parcel Responsibility & Tracking
Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Lost return parcels cannot be refunded.
Return Declaration
Please ensure that:

Your return is declared by email
Returns received without proper identification cannot be processed or refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
In such cases:
