Hand-painted Lucia Parade
“Santa Luciiiia... Santaaa Luciiiaaaa” Do you know about the Danish (originally Swedish) tradition of a parade of young girls singing with candles in their hands? We love this tradition.
Cut out to decorate your Christmas table or windowsill. Pst. Lucia is named after a young girl who lived around 283-304 and was a Christian virgin who died as a martyr during the Roman Emperor's persecution of Christians. She is the guardian angel of the blind and is celebrated every year on her saint's day - December 13th.
Unique Danish design printed on 300 gram paper. A5 card with print on both sides. Please note - when cutting - that the print is not 100% identical on both sides as they are hand-painted.
